How THE RENOVA NET Works
THE RENOVA NET generates and qualifies remodeling
project leads from homeowners and may refer
qualified project opportunities to independent
contractors in its network. THE RENOVA NET's role is to
facilitate the connection between homeowners and
contractors. THE RENOVA NET does not perform the
remodeling or construction work.
THE RENOVA NET reviews the information you provide and
may contact you to clarify project details. If
the request meets applicable qualification
criteria, THE RENOVA NET may refer the opportunity to an
appropriate independent contractor in its
network. The contractor may then contact you
directly to discuss the project, evaluate the
requested work, and determine whether to provide
an estimate or proposal.
No. THE RENOVA NET does not perform construction,
remodeling, installation, repair, or other
contracting services. Contractors participating
in the THE RENOVA NET network are independent
businesses. If you decide to hire a referred
contractor, the contractor—not THE RENOVA NET—is
responsible for evaluating the project,
providing its proposal or estimate, entering
into the applicable agreement, and performing
the contracted work.

Estimates & Contracts
No. THE RENOVA NET does not prepare, approve, guarantee,
or issue a contractor's estimate, proposal,
pricing, scope of work, or construction
contract. After a project is referred, the
independent contractor communicates directly
with the homeowner and determines whether to
provide an estimate or proposal and, if
applicable, the terms of any construction
agreement.
If you choose to hire a contractor referred
through THE RENOVA NET, your construction or remodeling
agreement is with that contractor, not THE RENOVA NET.
The contractor is responsible for evaluating the
project, establishing its pricing and scope,
providing its proposal or estimate, entering
into the applicable agreement, and performing
the contracted services.
No. THE RENOVA NET does not guarantee or warrant a
contractor's pricing, estimate, schedule,
workmanship, materials, permits, completion
date, or performance. Homeowners should review
the contractor's credentials, proposal, scope of
work, pricing, and contract carefully before
deciding whether to hire the contractor.

Project Timelines
No. THE RENOVA NET does not control or guarantee the
timing of a remodeling project. Project
schedules are determined by the independent
contractor and may depend on project scope,
materials, permitting, site conditions,
contractor availability, and other factors.
Homeowners should confirm expected timelines
directly with the contractor and review any
applicable terms in the construction agreement.
No. THE RENOVA NET facilitates referrals but does not
perform or manage the construction work. Any
commitment concerning project completion,
scheduling, workmanship, or other construction
obligations is made by the contractor directly
to the homeowner under the applicable agreement.

Contractor Licensing
THE RENOVA NET evaluates contractors using its network
qualification process. Depending on the
contractor and project, the process may include
reviewing business information, applicable
licensing, insurance information, experience,
references, and other available qualification
information. Network participation does not
constitute a guarantee or warranty of a
contractor's services or performance.
Yes. Homeowners should independently review the
contractor's applicable license, insurance,
references, business information, proposed scope
of work, pricing, contract terms, and any other
information they consider important before
hiring. THE RENOVA NET's referral or network
participation should not replace the homeowner's
own due diligence.
Contractors participating in the THE RENOVA NET network
are independent businesses and are not
represented as employees of THE RENOVA NET. A referral
through THE RENOVA NET does not by itself create an
employment, partnership, joint venture, or
agency relationship between THE RENOVA NET and the
contractor.
