  • Scope of Work: The contractor is responsible for ensuring that its license and qualifications cover the specific work it undertakes.

Understanding THE RENOVA NET's Role

THE RENOVA NET operates as a lead generation, qualification, matching, and referral service. THE RENOVA NET does not perform remodeling or construction work and does not provide construction estimates or enter into construction contracts with homeowners on behalf of network contractors.

When a homeowner project is matched or referred to a contractor, the contractor is responsible for communicating directly with the homeowner, evaluating the project, preparing any estimate or proposal, negotiating the scope and price, entering into any agreement, obtaining required permits, performing the work, and fulfilling its legal and contractual obligations.

Participation in the THE RENOVA NET network does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, endorsement, or representation by THE RENOVA NET regarding a contractor's workmanship, pricing, availability, licensing status, insurance coverage, financial condition, or performance. Homeowners should independently review and contract directly with the contractor they choose.
